● Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, returns must be made within 2 days of
delivery.
● Return Processing: Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once
received, allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
● Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
● Exchange Fees: Customers are responsible for the exchange delivery fee.
● Condition for Returns: Items must be returned with tags, packaging, and neatly
folded.
● Non-compliance: Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to
